William Douglas Walters, 52, of Austin, passed away Wednesday January 16, 2013. He is survived by his mother, Lavender Hobbs and husband John of Magnolia; sister, Tony Bell and husband Russell of Spring, half-brother and sister Kevin and Rhonda. A graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday January 18, 2012 at Oklahoma Community Cemetery in Tomball, TX.
