What to Bring
When you meet with our team, it helps to bring the following items if available:
- Photo identification of the deceased
- Social Security number
- Insurance policies or pre-need documents
- Veteran discharge papers (DD-214) if applicable
- Clothing for the deceased
- A recent photograph for the obituary
- Information for the death certificate (occupation, birthplace, parents' names)
- Details about cemetery or crematory preferences
