William" Bill" Edgar Price Sr., 78, of Moss Hill, passed away on Wednesday, October 30,, 2019, in Moss Hill.
A service of remembrance will be held on Saturday November 2, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. at Moss Hill United Pentecostal Church with Reverend Michael Mahaney officiating. Interment will follow at Moss Hill, cemetery. Serving as pallbearers are Monte Price, Garrett Price, Morgan Price, Preston Price, Lance LaNormand, Cade Ray. Honorary pallbearers are Cory Renau, Corey Nance, Matias McCloskey, Ty Price, Woofie Price, David Price II.
The family will be receiving friends also on Saturday November 2, 2019, starting at 11:00 A.M. until time of service at Moss Hill Pentecostal Church. A native of Pana, Illinois Bill had lived in Moss Hill, most of his life and was a retired truck driver with 50 years of service. He was preceded in death by his wife Carol Ray Vanya; brothers, Ronnie Price, Richard Price, and Eugene Price and His parents, Uhl Price and Ima Jean Gass.
Survivors are his sons, William " Billy" Edgar Price Jr. and wife Kim of Baytown; David Wayne Price and wife Kim of Dallas; Jason Uhl Price and girlfriend Kellie of Cleveland; William Edgar Price III and wife B.J. of Batson; Mark Shirley and wife Scarlette of Moss Hill; James " Bubba" Shirley and wife Maria of Moss Hill. Daughter, Charlotte Price Barker and husband Raymond of Moss Hull. Brother, Jimmy Price and wife Theresa of Houston; sisters, Phyllis Price, Ula Price both of Illinois. Grandchildren, William " Woofie" Harland, Preston Price, Ty Price, Garrett Price, Morgan Price, Raynee Price, Josh Shirley, Austin Shirley, Candence Davis, Ashley Price Ballard, David Price II. Kensie Doucette, Kaylee Shirley, Adam Willis, Jesse Shirley, Brittany Shirley, Gracie Price, Monte Price, Kaylee Renau, Evan Barker, Stephanie McCloskey, Katelyn Barker, James Barker.
