48 of Liberty, Texas died on Friday July 22, 2016 at her residence in Liberty.
A service of remembrance will be held on Tuesday July 26, 2016 at 12:00 P.M. at Open House Ministries, with Pastor Donald Scott officiating. Interment will follow at Hillside cemetery in Liberty.
Serving as pallbearers are Brian Poirier, Gilbert Thain, Donald Scott Jr. Gary Stuckey, Ronald Duff, and Alley Nelson.
The family will be receiving friends on Tuesday July 26 2016 from 9:00 A.M. until time of service at Open House Ministries.
Samantha was born March 2, 1968 in Liberty, to Nora Eli LaFrance and Cora Mae Rockman. she was a lifelong residence and homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Eli William LaFrance, Roy LaFrance. Sisters, Carolyn Walls, and Hazel Snider.
She is survived by her husband of 33 years Jan ' Bubba' Stuckey of Liberty; daughter, Kristina Poirier and husband Brian of Denton, TX. Brothers, Thomas LeFrance of Austin; George LaFrance of Liberty; and Louis LaFrance of Liberty. Sister, Gladys Duff and husband Terry of Liberty, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of loving and caring friends.
