Roger H. Fregia, of Round Rock, Texas, passed away Wednesday, September 21, 2016. He was 87. Roger was a Korean War Veteran. A service of remembrance will be held Saturday, September 24, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. at Faith and Family Funeral Chapel in Batson, Texas. The family will be receiving friends on Saturday, September 20, 2016 from 12:00 P.M. until time of service, also at Faith and Family Funeral Chapel. Roger worked at Dow Chemical Company for over 30 years. He was an avid sports fan and loved the Houston Astros. He Loved to play golf as will as watch it. He was heavily involved with youth sports and the Angleton First Baptist Church and the First Baptist Church Choir. He was a devoted father to his two son's. Roger was precede in death by his parents, Ralph Fregia and Tena Young Fregia, wife, Erma Jewel Byrd Fregia, Brothers, Joseph 'Jr' Fregia and Herbert Noble Fregia, sisters, Thelma Mullins, Jimmy May, Maxine McNew and Helen Davis. Survivors are his sister, Barbara Ellis of Longview, Texas and his two son's Barrye Fregia and wife Tracy of Round Rock, Texas and Dana Fregia of Alvin, Texas.
