Robert Earl McClelland, 70, of the Honey Island community died on Sunday, November 5, 2017, at his residence.

A service of remembrance will be held on Thursday, November 9, 2017, at 12:00 p.m. at Freedom Fellowship Church of Silsbee, with interment to follow at William Hart Cemetery in Kountze.

The family will be receiving friends on Thursday, November 9, 2017, from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service. A native of Silsbee, he had lived in Honey Island most of his life before moving to Montgomery and had worked as a tool pusher for many years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Lee McClelland and Celena Fregia, brothers: Joe McClelland, Vernon McClelland, and Dale McClelland, and sister Mary Fisher.

He is survived by his wife, Estelle McClelland of Montgomery, son: Randell McClelland of Silsbee, daughters: Renay Ard of Dam B, Tammy Babinat of Silsbee, Teresa Dubose of Silsbee, and Hannah Marie McClelland of Montgomery, brothers: Bobby McClelland, Benny McClelland, Teddy Lee McClelland, Coon McClelland all of Kountze, sisters: Margie Yeager of Silsbee, and Annette Kinsey of Kountze, grandchildren: 13 and Great Grandchildren: 6.
