Ricky David Vining, 60, of Raywood died Wednesday, August 29, 2018, at his residence surrounded by his loving family.

A graveside service of remembrance will be held on Sunday September 2, 2018 at 4:00 P.M. Monroe-Fregia Cemetery in Raywood. A native of Lake City, Florida he had lived in the Liberty area for 40 years and was a Blacksmith for Liberty Forge.

He is survived by his daughters, Brenda Brown and husband Chris of Raywood, Becky Thibodeaux and husband Trey of Hull, and Danielle Vining of Liberty; brother James A. Vining Jr. and wife Beth of Fort Valley, Georgia; sister, Vickie Kucera and husband Greg of Hillister, Patricia Guillory, and 5 wonderful grandchildren.

My condolences goes out to the family from R&R lawncare . Met Mr Vinning for a short period of time , but with in that short period time it felt like we have met for a long time . One of memories I can share is as my crew and my self was cleaning his yard for the first time , we was picking up leaves he came out with the country accent ( Hey Robert you don’t have to pick up the leaves I’m county man) memories you can not forget . lol He is one of the best man on my list that I can say one of the greatest man in the world.

Truly one of the greatest men I have ever had the honor of knowing. I have known you since I was 15, I'm 40 now, you have helped shape and create the man I am today. You have been like a father to me. I've worked for you and with you, side by side. Your guidance and advice with a watching eye will never be forgotten. It has been my privilege and honor to have called you my friend. I love you and will miss you dearly. I can't wait to here your laugh again ;) !
