Patsy Nell Singleton, 56, of Batson, passed away Tuesday, October 1, 2019, at Christus St. Elizabeth in Beaumont surrounded by her loving family. Patsy was born July 17, 1963, in Liberty to Bennie Ray Carouthers Sr and Mary Edith White. Patsy was a loving wife, a wonderful mother and the best Nana any grandchild could ask for. Patsy's purpose in life was her family, she adored them. She loved her music, playing the dice game, 10,000, with her mom and cousin and watching her favorites shows Gunsmoke and Little House on the Prairie, and loved getting visits from her favorite little friend, Ellie. Patsy was a faithful servant and will be greatly missed by all who loved her.
Patsy is preceded in death by her father, Bennie Ray Carouthers Sr; and nephew, Brandon Hinklin.
Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 21 years Aaron Singleton of Batson; mother, Mary Edith Carouthers; daughters, Clair E. Carouthers and husband Jay Williams of Hardin, Andrea M. Carouthers of Batson; stepson, Robert Aaron Singleton of Ca; brothers, Bennie Ray Carouthers Jr. and wife Phyllis of Batson, Johnny Carouthers and wife Linda of Moss Hill, Nathan Carouthers of Batson; sisters, Judy Swisher and husband Mike of Batson, Ruby Carouthers of Thicket, Sharon Granger and husband Steve of Batson, and Mary Foxworth of Batson; grandchildren, Kade Carouthers, Addison Quinn, Aleigha Rhodes, and Abigal Williams; grand-pup, Scruffy; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of loving family and friends.
A service of remembrance will be Friday, October 4, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. at Faith & Family Funeral Services with Brother Philip Miller officiating, cremation will follow. A gathering of Patsy's family and friends will be also Friday, October 4, 2019, at 3:00 p.m. at Faith & Family Funeral Services.
