Patrick Michael ' Mike' Conn of Daisetta died on Saturday December 1, 2018 at Liberty Dayton Regional Medical Center. He was 76.

A native of Jefferson County he had lived in Daisetta many years and was a Financial Advisor. he was preceded in death by his parents, James Kirby Conn and Helen Inez Hyde.

He is survived by his daughter, Mitzi Conway of Wilson, North Carolina and his companion Leticia Cummings of Daisetta, and a host of caring and loving friends.

Don't even ask, "How long has it been?"

A thousand miles,

Uncertain smiles,

That's how long it has been.

Don't even weigh, "What shall I say?"

With time having flown,

Too much is gone,

Let's only speak of today.

When was it, then, we played in the glen,

But wait, there I go,

Wanting to know,

Just how long it has been.

We'll just say, "Goodbye", and part once again,

To each private place,

To reflect , and to face,

Just how long it has been.
