I feel very Blessed to have had the Mother (and Father) God gave me. Even though they were strict with their expectations of myself and my sisters & brother, we always felt loved. As children, Mom and Dad always took us with them on numerous memorable vacations. Although they did not spoil us, they provided us with many memorable experiences growing up. We lived part of our life on an island, and lived the island life. As adults if we needed something, they were there to help us out. I feel blessed that God has put me in the situation of being able to help my mom and dad when they needed us. I love you Mom and will greatly miss you!

There are times in life that you meet someone and instantly love them as a friend, doesn’t matter the age , I was privileged to meet this beautiful Lady while my daughter cared for her and I was honored to be there with her only a few times. She got up one morning and told Christy we’re going to visit your Mother today and I was thrilled. In the short time I knew her I made a friend for life. We will miss her. Darlene Hart

I’ve only known Mrs Koen for 6 months But I’ve learned what a unselfish lady is. All the story of her life. From the painting and sketches I saw it’s clear that you was a artist. And the picture of your travels. It’s clear you had a full life. And as I have been apart of your home going all the family love surrounding you I know there will be memories forever that you have left your mark on. ❤️🙏🏼 for your family I will miss witty conversations Penny Hart
