Lincoln Avery Riley

2024 ∼ 2024

Lincoln Avery Riley

Lincoln Avery Riley was born on December 8, 2024, in Houston, Texas, and went to heaven just twelve short days later in his momma's arms, on December 20, 2024. A fragile yet fierce spirit, he entered the world at 12:28 AM, weighing only 1 lb. 15 ounces and measuring 12.4 inches long. From the very beginning, he was a little fighter and overcame so many obstacles as his mother, Tiffany, battled through a challenging pregnancy, finding herself on bedrest for 46 days before his arrival. Their time in the hospital together served as a testament to the strength of a mother's love and the bond that they shared.

Lincoln was lovingly described as the future “golden child” of his adoring parents Ryan and Tiffany Riley. With his beautiful blue eyes and head full of dark hair, it was obvious that he was going to be his daddy’s mini me.

Lincoln is preceded in death by his great grandparents, David Milam, Henry Cain, Walter and Sandra Yancey.

His life left an immense mark on the hearts of those who had the privilege to know him. He will forever be remembered with great affection and reverence by his brothers, Kadin Swearingen & Clara, Trevor Jones & Anna, Kelton Riley and sister, Mealyn Jones; his grandparents, Alan Harryman, Melissa & Curtis Ponzio, and Shawna Berger; and his dear great-grandparents, Marie Milam, Marilyn Cain, Judy & Willie Harryman. His loving aunts and uncles—Crystal Thomas, Jamie Harryman, Steven Harryman, Heather and Eddie, Jessica and Steven, Jennifer and Travis, Jennifer and Jeremy, Jake, Brandt, Taylor, Gina and Josh, Maria and Craig—will serve as a comforting legacy in the wake of his passing.

Lincoln’s departure leaves a void in the lives of his family, molded by the memories and hopes of what could have been. As we gather to honor his short life and celebrate his spirit, let us come together in grief and love.

Visitation will take place on Monday, December 23, 2024, at Open House Ministries Church located at 3605 N Main St, Liberty, Texas, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. A funeral service will follow, commencing at 3:00 PM officiated by Pastor Jerry Scott. Interment to follow at Cooke Cemetery, Liberty, Texas. Fellowship and gathering at Jennifer & Travis Hudnall’s in Hardin Tx.

In this time of sorrow, we reflect on the beauty of his life. Lincoln Avery Riley may have only graced this world with his presence for a short time but impacted the lives of many hearts. He will forever be remembered and cherished by everyone who loved him.
