Leslie Eugene Peebles Sr., 71, of Hull, died Thursday, February 1, 2018, at Bayshore Medical Center in Pasadena, TX. He was born October 4, 1946, to Archie and Winona Lee Peebles in Houston. Les lived in Hull the past 30 years and retired from Rohm and Haas Company where he was the IT Director.
Les is preceded in death by his parents, his sister Martha Carolyn Sides, and his great-grandson Avery Armstrong.
Those left to cherish his memory are: his wife of 46 years, Mary Peebles of Hull, sons, William Joseph Conway Peebles of Raleigh, NC, Leslie Eugene Peebles Jr. and wife Kelly of Pearland, Oscar Emery Armstrong III and wife Robin of Katy, and John Marvin Armstrong Sr. and wife Nellene of LaPorte, daughters, Lisa Danek and husband Danny of Liberty, and Mesha Flynn and husband Joe of Dayton, brother, John Conway Peebles of Hull, 14 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and a host of loving friends.
A Celebration of Les' life will be held on Saturday, February 10, 2018, at 10:00 A.M. at Faith & Family Funeral Services with Reverend Steve Bean officiating. Interment will follow at Cooke Memorial Cemetery in Liberty.
