I was fortunate to know Brooks for over 40 years. When he was President of the Men's Golf Association at Quail Valley Country Club, I was the Secretary. He banked with me and was a good friend. Every so often he would call these last few years just to say hello when he and Helen were here in MC at the Senior Facility on Cypress Point. He lived a full life and enjoyed every minute of it. May he rest in peace now. He will not be forgotten though. Allen & Jane Owen

We first met Brooks and Helen when we moved to Port Isabel from WV. Kathy noticed our West Virginia license plate in CVS parking lot on the island. She found us in the store and told us we must meet her mom and dad and we did and have enjoyed their friendship ever since. Shared wonderful memories with them since we had lived in Clarksburg right next to Weston. Brooks and Darryl became great phone buddies, usually after a good football game. We were even fortunate enough to visit them in Liberty and meet Helens sister Susie. Stay strong Miss Helen. We miss you! Brooks will be remembered by so many people with warm memories. Love you all Nonie and Darryl King
