of Sour Lake, died on Saturday December 17, 2016 at Christus Hospital in Beaumont. She was 82.

A service of remembrance will be held on Wednesday December 21, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. at Faith & Family Funeral Services. Interment will follow at Guedry cemetery in Batson.

The family will be receiving friends on Tuesday December 20, 2016 from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Faith & Family.

June was born November 10 1934 in Kountze, to her parents A.R. Fillingim and Leo Davis. she had lived in Sour Lake since 1955 and was an homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Ronnie Trahan brother, Donald Fillingin. Sisters, Lois Shorten, Mary Lou Hutto and Alice Ray.

Survivors are her husband of 64 years Herbert Trahan of Sour Lake; son Timmy Trahan and wife Dana of Sour Lake; and daughter, Teresa ' Teri ' Trahan of Sour Lake, sister, Doris Snyder of Henderson, NV, and sister in law,Bessie Trahan of Saratoga. Grandson, Gary Trahan of Sour Lake, and numerous nieces, nephews and a host of loving friends who will miss her very much. The family would like to thank The ICU nurses on the 4th floor for their wonderful care.
