Joyce Irene Cooley, 66, died Thursday, October 12, 2017, at her residence in Hull. She was born July 17, 1951, in Bay City, TX to John and Nelma Rogers Tanner and work as a tool pusher in the oilfield.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband; Reginald Cooley, sister; Judy Dulaney, and brother; Edward Tanner.

Those left to cherish her memory is her step-son; Todd Svatek, brother; Johnny Tanner and wife Patricia of Raywood, sister; June Fregia and significant other James of Cleveland, Doris Gorden of Batson, 2 grandchildren, and a host of loving nieces, nephews, and friends.

A private family memorial service will follow at a later day.

Cremation services are under the care of Faith & Family Funeral Services, Inc

Tacie Varnon and Hannah Varnon and Arabella Varnon and myself Pamela LaFour Fregia want to extend our condolences to the family. We enjoyed knowing Joyce. She was a very sweet person and we thought alot of her! Our hearts are so saddened by the sudden loss. We still can't imagine her gone. She was kind to us all and we enjoyed being around her. She was lived by us.
