John Zacharias Vestal Sr, 45, of Hull, Texas, passed away on February 2, 2024, in Hull. Born on November 30, 1978, in Baytown, Texas, John was a loving father and grandfather. He was a talented carpenter and mechanic, known for his skillful craftsmanship. John was a good friend to many, always willing to lend a helping hand. John Zacharias Vestal Sr is survived by his Grandmother, Yvonne Vestal, and his four children. He leaves behind his son, Zane Vestal, and daughter-in-law Briana West, along with his granddaughters Lanie and Hadley Vestal. John is also survived by his son, John Vestal Jr., and daughter-in-law Bryttany Vestal, as well as his granddaughter Isabella Vestal. His son Bryce Vestal and daughter-in-law Skylar Vestal, along with his grandsons Kolter and Kannon Vestal, also survive him. John is survived by his daughter, Lexi Vestal, and his step-sister, Krysty Robinson, and brother-in-law Todd Robinson, along with their four children. He is also survived by his step-father, Perry Witt, and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. John Zacharias Vestal Sr was preceded in death by his mother, Linda Darlene Witt, his brother, James Arthur Vestal, his grandfather, Bobby Lawrence Vestal, his great-grandfather, John Robert Smith, and his great-grandmother, Dorothy Vernon Smith. John attended Hull-Daisetta Primary School and graduated from Hardin High School. He furthered his education through online college, earning a degree in his chosen field. In addition to his career, John had a wide range of hobbies. He loved to fish, work on vehicles, build houses, draw, cook, and play with his beloved grandchildren. John had a passion for creating and enjoyed spending his free time engaging in these activities. Faith and Family Funeral Home in Batson, Texas, is assisting the family with the arrangements for John Zacharias Vestal Sr's passing. John Zacharias Vestal Sr will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. His memory will live on through his family and friends. May he rest in peace.
