John Allen ' Johnny' Wiser, 84, of Daisetta, Texas, died on Tuesday December 10, 2013 at Baptist Hospital of Beaumont, TX. A graveside service with military honors will be held on Thursday December 12, 2013 at 1;00 P.M. at Hardin Chapel Cemetery in Hardin, TX. with Reverend Lesley Gains officiating. A native of Texarkana, TX. he had lived in DeKalb, TX. for many years before moving to Daisetta, TX. where he lived for twenty years and was a Maintenance Engineer for McDermott Incorporated of Houston, TX. and was also a U.S. Army veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Gerald Wiser and Oretha Crow Wiser. A son; Howard Wiser, grandson; Johnny Miller. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Mary Alice Wiser of Daisetta, TX. Daughters; Edith Montgomery and husband Ted of Caspill, MT. Connie Chesney and husband Butch of Winfield, LA., Susan Dunham and husband Bill of Morenci, AZ. and Debra Kale of Liberty. Grandchildren are Bill Cisco, Scooter Webb, David Nugent, Shawn Monts, Christopher Monts, Tony Kale, Danny Monts, Todd Kale, Phyllis and Jerry Miller, Captain Crystal Pierce, Susie Cisco and numerous great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.

He always had a 'saying' for everything! WUP.....he always found the lighter side of any dark situation, would give you the shirt off his back and the last dime in his pocket and never as for a thing in return! He wasn't a perfect man, but he was my Dad. I love him, and he knew it. I forgave him a long time ago for all his shortcomings as a parent. God knows it had to be overwhelming to have ALL those girls! He touched my life almost every day as an adult and I will miss him terribly. I hope he's drinking a budweiser beer and smoking a marlboro sitting at the right hand of God with my brother Howard. I'll miss you Dad, see you soon. Daughter #4 checking in, start the coffee, I'll be there soon.......
