Jeff was a good friend. I will always remember his love for Cassie, lunches at Waffle House, and his willingness to help anyone at just about anytime. We talked about a lot. We talked about the Lord, his upbringing and so much more. Jeff made me feel special as he did with everyone he worked with...its been too long since we spoke and I regret that most. I will keep the family in my thoughts and prayers and will try to be in the services. Roderick Bluiett Co-worker

Hello David & Janis, & The Landrum Family It Sadden Me Greatly to hear of Jeff's Accident. So much so, that even as I send this Message of Condolence. I have to fight back the Tears of Sadness. I only Meet Jeff a Handful of times here at my Lot while delivering Bldgs. He also delivered a few of my Dog Kennels & at least One of My Cabins, North of Nacogdoches recently. I have fond Memories of him. His Sense of Humor. He loved to rib me about my Tape Measure in the Beginning. When he first started delivering Bldgs. to my lot, I use to mark on the Crush Concrete the Safe Distance I wanted between the Ends of My Bldgs. So that they wouldn't hit the Tops when They tilted off the End of the Trailer & I still do. Once with Another Driver, A Bldg. hit the top of another Bldg. cause we, ( The Driver & I ) miscalculated the Distance to leave Between the Bldgs. After that I would use a Tape measure to make sure the was enough Distance Between the Bldgs. coming off the Truck. Jeff was A really likable Fellow. I for one will surely Miss Him, As I'm sure Many a lot closer to him will, as well. He seemed to like what he did. So I feel he lived Good Life. So that being said, I'm sure he's in a Lot Better Place Now ! As we all will be, if we live a Good Life & Believe In Jesus Christ as Our Savoir !
