44, of Hull, died Saturday June 13, 2015 at the Liberty-Dayton Hospital. A service of remembrance will be held Friday June 19, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. at Faith & Family Funeral Services with Reverend Gideon Watson officiating.
Interment will follow at Hardin Chapel cemetery of Hardin. The family will be receiving friends Thursday June 18, 2015 from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. at Faith & Family Funeral Services.
Heath was born November 11, 1970 in Liberty, to Edward Collins and Joyce Leopard. Heath lived in Hull most of his life and was a self-employed mechanic.
He is preceded in death by his father, E.D. Collins, great-niece, Makayla Elizabeth Trove and sister-in-law, Donna Moyer Collins.
He is survived by his mother, Joyce Leopard Collins of Hull, wife, Christy Collins of Hull, sons, Joshua Collins of Dayton, Steven Collins of Dayton and Jonathan Collins of Hull and daughter Jessie Collins of Hull.
Brothers, Edward Glenn Collins of Hull, and Michael Collins of Marshall. Sisters, Joy Evans and husband Bobby of Daisetta, Karen Millsaps and husband Jack of Conroe, Danielle Johnson and husband Patrick of Mt. Enterprise, Bonnie Bozeman and husband Jeremy of Marshall, Ashley Williamson and husband Casey of Lindale and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Serving as pallbearers are Charles ' Chuck' Brookshire, Buddy Luce, Dillon Luce, Dillon Rawlinson, Jim Lyons, Randy ' Bubba ' Tanner, Michael Tanner, and Christopher Broom.
