What I will always remember about Glenda was that she had such a love for her family. Although Hunter was her nephew, she treated him with all the love and affection as if he were her grandson. Always included him with the 'boys' and always, always remembered him at Christmas! We will miss you 'Aunt GinGin'!

My dear cousin Glenda and I spent many summers together as children and what precious memories I have. I moved and many years passed before we saw one another, but we simply picked up where we left off as kids.....laughing! A couple of months ago I drove from Dallas to see Glenda. Once again we laughed...this time our laughter had changed....we laughed about the loss of hair from chemo and just how hot wigs made your head. Always the one with great ideas, I suggested she just wear a huge flowered headband that babies wear...and once again....we laughed. Glenda, my dear, I shall miss your laughter......God bless your family at this time; may they know the peace and assurance that you are truly now home.........
