Gail Smith, 65, of Saratoga, died on Friday, May 11, 2018, at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont. Gail was born September 9, 1952, in Beaumont to Thomas and Ruth Cummings Anderson. She lived in the Saratoga area most of her life and retired from Precinct 3 County Barn as their secretary.

Gail is preceded in death by her parents and husband, Joe Troy Smith

Those left to cherish her memory are; step-mother, Sue Anderson of Saratoga, son, John Marshall and wife Leisha of Saratoga, daughter, Julie Herrera and husband Randy of Saratoga, brother, Rodger Dale Anderson and wife Rene' of Livingston, grandchildren, Taylor Marshall, Reagan Marshall, J.T. Taylor, Gracie Willette, Xander Willette, and a host of loving friends.

A service of remembrance will be held Tuesday, May 15, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. at West End Baptist Church in Saratoga with Reverend Keith delaMoriniere officiating. Interment to follow at Guedry Cemetery. A gathering of Gail's friends and family will be held on Monday, May 14, 2018, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. also at West End Baptist Church of Saratoga.
