Fred Eugene Wiles

1929 ∼ 2013

Fred Eugene Wiles, 84 of Moss Hill, previously of Smithfield, Pennsylvania, changed his address to his permanent home in Heaven on Sunday August 25, 2013. He is now rejoicing with his wife and a cloud of witnesses. He served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He was a very devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He was very faithful in sharing the love of Jesus, serving in prison ministries, nursing home ministries and street ministries. He was a great encourager to those around him. He loved the Lord with all his heart and soul.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 29 years, Martha Ruth Caddes Wiles; parents, Paul and Grace Wiles; siblings, Lloyd Wiles, Chester Wiles, Esther Morrison and Edith Bankhead.

He is survived by his children Jonathan Paul Wiles of New Caney, Naomi Ruth Lloyd and husband Dorman of Moss Hill; grandchildren, Ryan Austin Lloyd, Joshua Alan Lloyd and Alanna Ruth Lloyd all of Moss Hill; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

His family will receive friends at Hardin Baptist Church on Thursday August 29, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. A service of remembrance will be held 7:00 p.m. Thursday August 29, 2013 at Hardin Baptist Church , officiated by Reverend Tony Hines.

In lieu of flowers, in honor of Fred Wiles, donations may be made to Hardin Baptist Church or a charity of your choice.

Fred...you are a blessing and an inspiration to so many. You have left us with many memories to focus on. We hate that you are gone but we rejoice in where you are. Celebrating, singing and praising God in the best seat of the House. Although we long to be there with you we know out mission here has not been fulfilled yet. In time we will be rejoicing with you, till then we will thank you for all the memories and blessings you have left us with. Thank you and we'll see you soon!!!!

My thoughts and prayers are with the family. Uncle Fred was the greatest Uncle and I loved him very much. l will deeply miss him but never forget him he will always be with me and in my heart.
