61 0f Daisetta, died on Sunday January 3, 2016 at Liberty Dayton Regional Medical Center.

A service of remembrance will be held on Friday January 8, 2016 at 2:00P.M. at Guedry cemetery in Batson. The family will also be having a gathering from 12:00P.M. until time of service at Guedry cemetery.

He was born February 21, 1954 in Mamou, Louisiana, to Thomas Ganson and Joyce Barr. He had lived in Daisetta 27 years and was a self employed carpenter.

He is survived by his mother Joyce Barr of Simmsport, LA, his partner, Patricia Smith of Daisetta.

Sons, Eugene Montes Ganson of Zavalla, Thomas Neil Ganson of Virginia Beach, VA, Jonathan Cedric Ganson of Zavalla, and Jackie Duane Smith of Daisetta. Brother, Billy Dupont of Minnesota.

Sisters, Carolyn Dupont and Catherine Turner both of Louisiana.

Grandchildren are Owen Ganson, Alyssa Ganson, Reatha Hollingsworth, Christian Tanner lee Ganson, Nevaeh Lareatha Hope Ganson, and Xander Jaxon Walker Ganson.
