So sorry for your loss. Doug was a very friendly & sweet man. Oilwell Production, Inc. was my very first job out of Business College, working with Bro. Bob Morgan in the little office down past your home. I remember you, Mrs. Landry & Doug always supporting the Bobcats. I went to school with Bernita & we were in the band together. My Dad has now joined that group in Heaven with Mr. Landry, my husband, & so many others. May you find peace knowing he is now in God's hands.

Doug Landry was a fine man & loved his Bobcats. The whole family has been outstanding citizens of Hull-Daisetta & always kind to everyone. Oil Well Production was one of the very first jobs I had after Business School. Fine people to work for. Then I went to Hull State Bank & I worked at one time w/Bernita & went to Hull-Daisetta High School with her. Doug will truly be missed. So sorry for your loss. Never known a more generous couple as Rita and Doug Landry. They have always given all to young people. When you try to describe the good old times and Bobcat spirit to your children, they come to mind immediately. What great memories and blessings. Our hearts are saddened for your loss.

Doug and Rita are two of my favorite people from my childhood years in Daisetta. They always had time for a group of kids and was always fun to be around. One time in particular I remember that I got to go with them to pick out their new inborad/outborad boat in Galveston.. I will always cherish the memories of the times spent with them and Doug's parents..especially Aunt Irma.
