of Saratoga, died on Sunday February 14, 2016 at her residence. She was 69.

A service of remembrance will be held at 10:00 A.M. Thursday February 18, 2016 at The Roadside Memorial Baptist Church of Saratoga with interment to follow at the new Roadside Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery in Saratoga.

Serving as pallbearers are Rodney Fregia, Fedreck Criswell, Jesse Doucette Jr, Benjamin Cochrell, James Denham and Frank James Doucette, Jr.

The family will be receiving friends on Wednesday February 17, 2016 from 5:00 P.M until 8:00 P.M at the Roadside Memorial Baptist Church of Saratoga.

Doris Marie Laird Doucette Denham Was born April 13, 1946 to Everett Laird and Nellie Marie McEwin in Saratoga. She was a homemaker and a lifelong resident of Saratoga.

She is preceded in death by her parents also brothers, Delbert Hugh Laird and Delain Laird, son John Robert Doucette and sister,Diane Hammond, and first husband John M. Doucette.

She is survived by her husband Eugene Carl Denham of Saratoga. Son's, Evert Doucette and wife Patti of Tarkington Prairie, Ricky Doucette of Saratoga, Jesse Doucette and wife Theresa of Saratoga, Eugene Denham Jr. and wife Corliss of Houston, Herman Doucette of Town Bluff, and Frank Doucette and wife Jessie of Wells, TX, and daughter Melba Cochrell and husbad Reece of Nacodoches, TX, and sister, Deloris Hatcher of Splendora.

Grandchildren are David Chance, Lynn Chance, John Chance, Jennifer Steele, Jessica Karm, Jeanne Long, Morice Doucette, Ashley Clepper, Benjamin Cochrell, James Denham, Frank Doucette Jr. Brandi Cochrell, Cindy Denham, and Jesse Doucette Jr.

Great grandchildren are Madison Steele, Nathaniel Steele, Jason Denham, Kadince Long, Anndalyn Steele, Brooklyn Karm and Hayden Clepper. Nieces's, six and nephews one and numerous great nieces and nephews.

My aunt Doris was more than a aunt, she was everything, she touched a lot of lives. As a child growing up aunt Doris was always there for me no matter what. The Thursday before the Friday she went to the hospital me,my husband Michaela wood, aunt Doris and gene went to dinner at lings in asticatia, we had the best time,we ate, we visited aunt Doris told me time after time how much she enjoyed that dinner.she was at peace with everything. She Said God was in control and his will be done She is gone to heaven now but will never be forgotten here on earth I love u aunt Doris more then u will ever know. We will meet again
