Donald Ray Fregia Sr., 77, of Hull, TX passed away on Friday, January 14, 2022, at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston, TX. Mr. Fregia was born on February 17, 1944, in Liberty, Tx to the late Cullen Fregia and Ruth E. Lee. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Mr. Fregia is preceded in death by his wife, Nedral A. Fregia.
