Della Mae Sims, 75, of Hardin, died Tuesday March 7, 2017 at her residence with her family and friends by her side.

Graveside service will be held on Saturday March 11, 2017 at 11:00A.M. at Gourd Creek Cemetery in New Waverly, TX. There will be a gathering of family and friends on Friday March 10, 2017 from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Faith & Family Chapel.

Pallbearers are Cliff Schedler, Ronnie Sims, Levi Sims, Caleb Sims, Carl Primrose, and Gary Smith.

A native of Houston, she had lived in Hardin 30 years. She had worked in sales for Anderson Merchandising in Amarillo. TX, and was a member of North Main Baptist Church of Liberty.

She is survived by her husband, Fred Sims of Hardin; sons, Chad Sims and wife Stacy of Seabrook, Fred Sims Jr. of Hardin. Daughter, Pamela Presley and husband Raymond of Abilene, TX.

Grandchildren are Gabriele Sims, Ryan Presley, Danielle Presley, Addison Sims, and Jacob Sims and great granddaughter Addabelle Presley.
