Debra Ann Guidroz Llanes of Saratoga died Monday December 31, 2018 at Ocean Springs Hospital in Ocean Springs MS. She was 65.

A service of remembrance will be held on Sunday January 6, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at Faith & Family Funeral Services Chapel with Kim Berry and Reverend Nathan Hendrix officiating. Interment will follow at Felps Cemetery in Thicket. There will be a gathering of family and friends on Saturday January 5, 2019 from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. at Faith & Family.

Serving as pallbearers are DeWayne Collier, Shawn Maricelli, Rusty Hendrix, Eugene Griffin, Calvin ' Bubba' Guidroz, Mike Sanders.

A native of Port Arthur, She had grew up in Sour Lake, before moving to Saratoga, where she had lived in most of her life. She was preceded in death by her parents, Calvin Guidroz and Delores Parker, and daughter Mary Catherine Guidroz.

She is survived by her sons, Shawn Maricelli and wife Brandy of Thicket, DeWayne Collier and wife Angie of Saratoga. Brothers, Calvin ' Bubba' Guidroz and wife Nelda of Saratoga, David Sanders and wife Kathy of Dayton, Allen Sanders and wife Elizabeth of Louisiana, and Mike Sanders and wife Raquel of Texas City. Sisters, Sheila McCormick and husband Lynn of Lumberton, Gail Cisneros and husband David of Beaumont. Grandchildren are Sydnee and Kameryn Maricelli, Cody Collier and wife Brandi, Sambo and Damon Collier. Great grandchildren, Molly ' Mud Bug' Collier and Olivia Collier.

Debbie is a cousin of mine that to know her was to love her and her forever smiling face no matter what. I was about 11 yrs. old when she came into our lives. Me living in Pennsylvania I , didn't see her often as we got older. Now we will forever connect with News Years Eve her passing. Good Bye sweet Cousin Ronnie Bigler (Carolyns' brother)

I only knew Debbie through Carolyn as Carolyn requested prayers numerous time this past few years. The resemblance in pictures of those two is remarkable. Prayers for the entire family.

Debbie looked so much like Susan Hayward. She was beautiful inside and out a very giving person. I so much enjoyed how she cared for wildlife. It was amazing how many animals she had at one time. She touched a lot of lives and will be missed by many many people. Debbie was my cousin and my Godchild. I made our grandmother's fruitcake. Debbie said she knew she had the recipe but didn't know where it was so I emailed the recipe to her. Our last conversation was on New Year's Eve. I asked her if she had anyone to celebrate New Year's with. She said her neighbors. That was shortly after the lunch hour on New Year's Eve. There was no reply later in the evening. I will miss you Debbie and our texting.
