was born on January 25, 1954 in Houston, Texas and died on December 4, 2015 at San Jacinto Methodist Hospital in Baytown.
He is preceded in death by his mother Colleen Woods, his father Elzie Woods Sr., his grandmother Mabel Lambert and his brother Chris Woods.
he is survived by his wife Elizabeth Woods, daughters Kim Griffith, Tammy Woods and Shelby Stephens.
He was blessed with 5 grandchildren Wesley, Trey, Ceci, Sean and Katelyn and many nieces and nephews.
He will be greatly missed by his sisters and brothers, Cathy and Randy Thibodeaux, Julie and Joe Sparks, Elzie Woods, Gill Woods, Larry Woods, Michael and Rhonda Woods, and Bruce and Cathy Woods.
Clark will also be missed by his many friends.
His family would like to thank the caring doctors and nurses at San Jacinto Methodist Hospital for the care they provided over these past few months. It is also with enormous gratitude to Dr. Barbandi for not only his care but the friendship he shared with Clark.
A service to celebrate his life will be held on Saturday, December 12, 2015 at 3:00P.M. at Faith & Family Funeral Services.
