Every morning I headed to Liberty to work, I met Clarence headed to Batson for his morning coffee. That seemed like a morning ritual. I have been missing that since I started working in Houston. Once every couple of months I would run into him at Walmart, gonna miss that too. I am so glad that he did make amends with his sister! He always was a friend and made me feel like family. He always had a smile & could make everyone smile. God rest your soul Clarence, hopefully we will all meet again!

I've know Clarence most of my life I guess. I've always considered him my friend. I always remember him coming into my mom's store (Doris's) and getting a Dr. Pepper and peanut butter crackers. He would come by my office and we would catch up on the gossip. I'm going to miss you Clarence. I love your family and they will be in my prayers.
