Chester Ottis Tousha Sr., 80, of Hull, TX. passed away on Wednesday, October 23, 2019, at Liberty Dayton Regional Medical Center in Liberty.
Mr. Tousha was born on August 6, 1939, to CB and Frances Tousha in Liberty. He married Doris Tousha on February 27, 1957, in La Porte, TX. Mr. Tousha lived his life in Hull, TX and was a loving and devoted father. He was a member of Hardin Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his brothers; Frank Tousha, Tommy Tousha, and Harold Tousha.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Doris Marie Tousha of Hull; son, Greg and wife Kindra Tousha of Liberty, and Chester and wife Tammy Tousha of Batson; daughter, Donna and husband Trent Whitehead of Beaumont; brother, Jack and wife Ima Smalley of Hull; grandchildren, Beth Treadway and husband Joey of Houston, Colton Wallace of Beaumont, Matthew Wallace of Beaumont, Jordan and wife Jackie Wallace of Beaumont, Chloe and husband Jesse Rose of Clovis, New Mexico, Josh Tousha and fiance' Laura Newmann of Lufkin, Che' Tousha of Batson, Kursten Tousha of Huntsville, Kaden Vance of Liberty, and Georgia Vance of Liberty.; great-grandchildren, Tex and Duke Treadway of Houston. Mr. Tousha had numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of extended loving family and friends.
A gathering of Mr. Tousha's family and friends will be from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Calvary Tabernacle Ministries in Batson on Sunday, October 27, 2019. A service of remembrance will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 28, 2019, at Calvary Tabernacle Ministries in Batson with Reverend Tolbert Hudspeth officiating, interment will follow at Guedry Cemetery in Batson under the direction of Faith and Family Funeral Services.
