Charles Edward Stallard of Liberty, passed away on Tuesday October 8, 2019, at HCA Houston Health Care of Kingwood. He was 68. A native of Bristol, Virginia he had lived in Liberty, and was a sand blaster and painter.

Charles proudly served his country and was U.S Army Viet-Nam Veteran. He was preceded in death by his sister, Betty Sue Criss. Survivors are his son Shane Stallard of Havrede, Maryland and brother, Larry Stallard of Port Neches.
