Charles Bailey of Beaumont formerly from Votaw and Silsbee, died on Tuesday, November 20, 2018, at the Baptist Hospital in Beaumont. He was 76.

Charles was born in Votaw, TX, on February 22, 1942, to Weldon Bailey and Sybil Carneel. He worked for Kirby Lumber for 30 years.

Charles is preceded in death by parents; brother, James Larry Bailey; and cousin, Roger Mills.

He is survived by his aunts, Jeannie Townsend of Maynor, Tx, Bessie Warren of Hull, cousin and caretaker, Debbie Mills of Beaumont and Debbie Lynn Mills of Beaumont.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 28, 2018, at 3:00 P.M. at Holly Grove Cemetery with Reverend Sammy Brown.
