76, of Hardin, died Thursday November 8, 2012 at M.D. Anderson Hospital in Houston. Carroll was Born in Liberty, Tx on August 29, 1936 to his parents Otis Beaman Johnson and Cordie Ora Weaver. He was a retired Roughneck with Byron Shivers Oilfield Swabbing Service of Liberty and had lived in the Hardin and Liberty area for most of his life. He is survived by his wife of 48 years Lynda Johnson of Hardin, son Darryll Dean Johnson and wife Penny of Hardin. Daughter Belynda Carol Carranco of Hardin, brother Burl Eldridge Johnson and wife Delores of Liberty. Grandchildren Devyn Elliott, Rayn Johnson, and Honour Carranco.
Great grandchildren Bella Elliott, and Waco Elliott. The family will be receiving friends on Monday November 12, 2012 from 7:00 P.M. until 9:00P.M. at Faith & Family Funeral Services Chapel.
