A service of remembrance will be held on Monday March, 30, 2015, at 11:00A.M. at Faith & Family Funeral Services Chapel with Reverend Connie Morgan Brothers officiating. Interment will follow at Guedry cemetery in Batson, Texas. There will be a gathering of family and friends on Sunday March, 29, 2015, from 5:00P.M. until 9:00 P.M. at Faith & Family. Carmen was born February 15, 1989 in Silsbee, Texas, to Jessie Bailey Mobley Sr. and Helen Fregia Shaver. She had lived in Mobile, Alabama, since 2001 before moving to Victoria where she lived for three years and was an homemaker, She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Irma Fregia Mobley, Edward David Mobley, Sally Catlin, Walter Yarbrough, and brother, Justin Allred. Survivors are father and stepmother Jessie Sr and Renee Mobley of El Campo, Texas, Her mother, Helen Ann Shaver, of Hull,Texas. Husband, Nick Catlin of Victoria, Texas. Grandparents, John and Mildred Jones Sr. of Eight Mile, Alabama, Barbara Ann Nugent of Liberty, Texas, John Roy Mobley of Daisetta, Texas, Charles Catlin of Mobile, Alabama, and Sandra Yarbrough of Mobile, Alabama. Stepfather, Robert Whittaker Sr. of Killeen, Texas, and mother in law, and father in law, Katrinia and Brian Catlin of Mobile, Alabama. Daughters, Kassie Renee Catlin of Victoria, Texas, and Kloe Jillian Catlin of Victoria, Texas. Brothers, Robert Whittaker Jr. and wife Lacie of Killeen, Texas, Jessie Mobley Jr. of Houston, Texas, Travis Allred and wife Treva of Lufkin, Texas, and Zamaryon Smith - Mobley of El Campo, Texas.
