Winfield Curtis Hawkins

79 of Moss Hill, Texas died Saturday January 12, 2013 at Liberty Health Care Center. Winfield was born in Beulah Mississippi on October 4, 1933 to Sidney Cole Hawkins and Clara Belle Romine Hawkins. He had lived in Moss Hill since 1980 and was retired as General Postmaster of the Liberty, Post office with 33 years of service and was also a U.S. Air Force veteran serving in the Korean conflict. He was preceeded in death by his son Kent Hawkins survivors are his wife Diane Hawkins of Moss Hill, sons Terry Hawkins of South Houston, Cole Hawkins of Tomball and a host of friends. Cremation service under the care of Faith & Family Funeral Services.
