William Leon Hollingsworth

74, of Liberty, died Wednesday January 7, 2015 at Magnolia Place Health Care of Liberty. There will be a graveside service held on Friday January 9, 2015 at 3:00 P.M. at Oakdale cemetery in Daisetta, with his brother Ron Hollingsworth officiating. William was born to Robert Ellis Hollingsworth and Ruth Barrow Hollingsworth on August 23, 1940 in Liberty, TX. William was a U.S. Army vietnam veteran where he had served in Hepburg, Germany, as a Missile Launch Crewman and Chief. He was also a Beverage Route Salesman for Dr. Pepper Bottling Company of the Liberty, and Houston areas. He was preceded in death by brothers; Robert Ellis Hollingsworth JR, Harvey Ray Hollingsworth, and Albert Jackson ' Jack' Hollingsworth. William is survived by sisters; Anna Ruth Locke of Daisetta, TX, and Elsie A. Whitmire of Liberty, TX, and brother; Ron D. Hollingsworth of Houston, TX. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him
