Steve Stanley Jr., 78, of Kountze, died Wednesday, April 5, 2017, at his residence.
He was born July 31, 1938 in Jasper, TX to Steve Lemmie Stanley and Sarah Boykin. he had lived in Kountze for 22 years and was an oilfield worker.
He is survived by his wife, Vivian Courts Stanley of Kountze. Son, Jerry Steven Staney and wife Dee of Saratoga, stepsons, C.W. Sims Jr. of Kountze, and Kevin Sims and wife Renee' of Silsbee.
Daughter, Ledarah Lewis and husband George of Saratoga, Teresa Stanley of Baytown, stepdaughters, Debbie Oliver of Kountze, Tracy Martin and husband Billy of Kountze, and Karen Seymour of Silsbee. Sisters, Pat Strahan and husband Pete of Hardin, Johnnie Sue Williams of Pasadena, and Janis Vickery and husband Floyd of Dolan. He has numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great- great- grandchildren.
Cremation under the care of Faith & Family.
