66 of Sour Lake, died Sunday January 3, 2016 at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas, surrounded by her loving family and friends.
Shirley was born in Rusk, Texas July 4, 1949 to Thomas Yarbrough and Thelma Langston. She had lived in Sour lake many years and was a homemaker and attended Apostolic Light House Church in Sour Lake.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and brother Junior ' Jay ' Yarbrough. She is survived by her husband Billy Kelley of Sour Lake, daughter, Sharon Hendrix and husband Michael of Sour Lake. Brother, Wilson Barker and wife Kim of Bedias, TX, and sister, Jeanette Duhon and husband Herbert of Beaumont. Grandchildren are Patrick, Jacob, and Aaliyah.
A service of remembrance will be held on Wednesday January 6, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at Apostolic Lighthouse Church in Sour Lake, with Reverend M.D. Miller officiating. Interment will follow at Rosedale cemetery in Sour Lake. Serving as pallbearers are Bobby Kelley, Robin Frazier, Terry Peeler, Ricky Peeler, Mark Myrick and Ace Lang .Honorary pallbearers are Dean Peeler and Kelly Myrick
The family will be receiving friends on Tuesday January 5, 2016 from 5:00P.M. until 9:00P.M at Apostolic Lighthouse Church.
