Sherry Denise Page, 58, a loving and kindhearted individual, passed away on December 10, 2024. Born on November 21, 1966, in Houston, Texas, Sherry brought warmth and joy into the lives of those who knew her. She was renowned for her outspoken personality and her genuine care for others, traits that endeared her to family and friends alike.
Sherry was a devoted mother to her sons, Joshua Walker (Tiffany Huff), Justin Walker (Skylar Latham), Aubrey Walker, and Nicholas Page (Kellie), as well as her daughters, Keshia Walker (Derek) and Shelby Gore (John). Her role as a grandmother brought her immense happiness, and her grandchildren—James, Michele, Lili, Danika, Scarlett, Lauralye, Skylar, Dawson, Dylan, Grayson, Ella, Addison, Libby, and Kinsley—were truly the center of her life. They will forever cherish the moments spent with their beloved grandmother.
In addition to her immediate family, Sherry is survived by her husband, William Page, her brother, Alan Maynard, and her sister, Lori Parker. Her legacy also includes memories of her late parents, Rufus Thomas Gibson and Patricia Ann Cooper, and her brother, Anthony "Tony" Gibson, whose spirits she cherished deeply.
An avid fan of the Christmas season, Sherry delighted in watching Christmas movies and decorating for the holidays. She found joy in playing cards with her friends, going to the casinos and loved attending auctions and shopping for her grandchildren, ensuring they always felt special.
Sherry Denise Page will be remembered for her loving nature and her unwavering dedication to her family. Everyone who knew her was touched by her kindness and strong spirit.
A visitation will be held at Honey Island Assembly of God in Kountze, Texas, on Friday, December 13, 2024, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, officiated by Brother Earl Crawford, with Funeral Services beginning at 2:00 PM. Interment to follow at Honey Island Cemetery.
Sherry's spirit will continue to shine brightly through the love she shared and the memories she created with those around her.
