Scott Kent Young

59 of Liberty, Texas died on Friday December 27, 2013 at San Jacinto Methodist Hospital in Baytown. He was born on December 14, 1954 in Houston, Texas to Glynn Andrew Young and Bernice Elvira Canon and had lived in Liberty, TX for 15 years and had worked in the construction business before becoming ill. He was also a member of the Dayspring Church of Liberty, TX. He was preceded in death by his parents. Those left to survive him are, wife; Freida Young of Liberty, TX, son; Derek Garmon and wife Julie of Alvin, TX; daughters are Jennifer Williams and husband Eric of Crosby, TX, Leonor Garner and husband Chris of Liberty, TX, Wanda Musinger and husband Donald of Thicket, TX and Emilee Margaret Young of Liberty, TX and twelve, grandchildren. A graveside service will be held on Saturday January 4, 2014 at 2:30 P.M. at Hardin Chapel Cemetery of Hardin, TX with Reverend Otto Young officiating. There will be a gathering of family and friends at Faith & Family also on Saturday from 11:00A.M. until 2:00P.M.
