Ruby Inez Morse Jones

Ruby Inez Morse Jones of Thicket, Texas died on Saturday, July 14, 2018, at her residence with her loving husband and family by her side. She was 78.

Ruby was born January 29, 1940, in Saratoga, Texas and had lived in Saratoga, most of her life before moving to Thicket, where she lived for 13 years and was a homemaker.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Ardivelt Morse and Willie Edith Jackson; son, Robert Lloyd Storey; brothers, James Morse, Walter Morse, Eugene Morse; and sister, Joyce Stanley.

She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Leo Jones of Thicket; sons, John Storey of Katy, Wesley Storey of Liberty, Harold Storey of Tomball, and Thomas Jones of Livingston; daughter, Jana Jones of Spring, TX; sister, Willie Mae Hart of Saratoga; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a host of loving friends.

A service of remembrance will be held on Tuesday, July 17, 2018, at 1:00 P.M. at Faith & Family Funeral Services. Interment will follow at Felps cemetery in Thicket.

The family will be receiving friends on Monday, July 16, 2018, from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. at Faith & Family.
