Peggy Sue Richardson

of Liberty, died Thursday May 18, 2017 at her residence. She was 77. Peggy was born December 24, 1939 in Pragne, OK to James Edgar Passmore and Berna Deane Rapp.

She had lived in Liberty since 1969 and was a bookkeeper for Liberty Air Service and American Rice Growers. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband and best friend of 46 years, Billy Gene Richardson.

She is survived by her mother Berna Deane Anderson of Liberty. Sons, Dennis Cude and wife Traci of League City, Michael Cude of Liberty, and Tommy Cude and wife Kat from Pasadena. Brothers, Kennie Passmore Sr and wife Sue of Broaddus, and Jimmie Passmore Sr and wife Connie of Lufkin. Brother In law: Ray Richardson and wife Jan of Sour Lake. Sisters, Diana Daugherty of Mont Belvieu, Terry Hill of Mont Belvieu, and Debbie Roy of Anahuac. Sister in law: Dorothy Keeling and husband Roy of Tooele, Utah.

Stepchildren are Jill Perez, June Ryherd, Dana Richardson, Kristen Logsdam and Evan Richardson. Grandchildren are Darrell Cude and wife Ashleigh of Mont Belvieu, Randi Robles and husband Armando of Springfield, VA Kevin Cude of League City, Jeremy Keepers and wife Danielle of Katy, and Beth Phariss and husband Thomas of Austin. Also numerous nieces. nephews, great grandchildren. Special friend and caregiver Reginna Barr.

A service of remembrance will be held on Monday May 22, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at Pine Ridge Baptist Church with Reverend Joe Dacus officiating.

Those wishing to make memorial contribution in memory of Peggy Richardson may be made to American Cancer Society, Shriners Hospital, and Texas Scottish Rite Hospital.
