Patricia Ann Gandy “Annie”, 73, of Deweyville, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, April 2, 2024. She was born on June 23, 1950, in Silsbee, Texas to the late Henderson Kenny Gandy and Mildred Vernice Flowers.
Annie embraced life fully and found love and joy in various interests. She loved coffee, fishing, and occasional trips to the casinos. Family was the center of her heart, especially her grandkids, as well as being a loyal mother and sister. Cooking chicken & dumplings and baking biscuits were among a few of the things Annie was known for. The love for yellow roses reflected Annie’s spirit and personality, shining bright throughout her life. Her remarkable kindness, loyalty, and unwavering love for her family and friends will be cherished by all who knew her and loved her.
Annie is preceded in death by her parents, Henderson Kenny Gandy and Mildred Vernice Gandy; brothers, Billy Earl Gandy and Shorty Gandy; sister, Margie Hickman; nephews, David Hickman and Rob Gandy.
She is survived by her daughter, Donna Hall, and husband Chuck; sister, Sandy Anders; brother, Barney Gandy and wife Joan; brother-in-law, Jody Hickman; grandchildren, Brandon May and Marlee May; cousin, Ricky Flowers and wife Connie; nieces, Amy Hickman, Tammy Thaxton, Melanie Chandler, Becky Inman; and nephew, Chris Anders.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 5, 2024, from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm with Funeral services to begin at 2:00 pm, officiated by Pastor Kevin Inman, at Faith and Family Funeral Services, Batson, Texas.
Honorary Pallbearers are Brandon May, Brady Hickman, Mike Chandler, Eric Thaxton, Scotty Baucum, Chris Anders, and Jonathan Fregia.
