Maude Poland

78 of Honey Island, entered The Kingdom of Heaven on Saturday November 21, 2015 at 9:15 P.M. at her residence surrounded by her family.

She was born in Plank ( Honey Island ) TX, on February 23, 1937 and lived there most of her life. She was preceded in death by her husband Glenn Poland, parents Mayo Fregia and Lena Roth. Sister, Selena McClleland and brother Richard Fregia.

She leaves behind four sons, David Poland and wife Libby of Saratoga; Keith Poland and wife Lois of Honey Island; Larry Poland and wife Dee Dee of Honey Island, and Billy Poland and wife Janice of Providence.

Grandchildren 15 and great grandchildren 16. She will be greatly missed and loved always.

A service of remembrance will be held on Wednesday November 25, 2016 at 2:00P.M. at Faith & Family Funeral Services with Reverend Earl Crawford officiating. Interment will follow at E.G. Poland cemetery in Honey Island.

The family will be receiving friends on Tuesday November 24, 2015 from 5:00P.M. until 9:00P.M. at Faith & Family.

Serving as pallbearers are Keith Poland, James ' Bo' Poland, Aaron Boone, Wayne Adam, David Spurgeon, and Richard Sharp. Honorary pallbearer is Britt Baker.
