Mary Corrine Flowers Young

98 of Jeanerette, LA, formerly of Saratoga, died on Sunday January 18, 2015 at Mason-Teche Nursing Center in Jeanerette. She was born March 9, 1915 in Saratoga, to Calvin Flowers and Nancy Roundtree. She was preceded in death by her husband, Sam Young Jr. Survivors include her son, Doyle Young and wife Peggy of New Iberia, LA, daughters, Sammon Murphy and husband Wayne of Saratoga, Betty Baughn and husband Lynn of Mathis, TX. Grandchildren;9, great grandchildren; 14 and great- great- grandchildren; 6. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday January 21, 2015 at 12:00 P.M. at Oilfield cemetery in Saratoga.
