Lona Margaret Gerber, 96, of Hull, died on Saturday, February 7, 2015, at her residence. She had a career as a registered nurse. She lived in Houston for many years before moving to Hull to live with her sister. She enjoyed keeping things in order and keeping a clean house.
She is survived by two sisters, Bessie L. Warren of Hull and Jeanie Townsend and husband Gene of Austin and numerous nieces and nephews.
As per her wishes, there are no funeral services scheduled. In honor of Lona Gerber, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society at 1-800-227-2345 or The Alzheimer's Foundation of America at 1-866-232-8484.
