Lillian Geraldine " Gerri" Garsee

73 of Saratoga, died Thursday January 24, 2013 at Harbor Hospice of Beaumont. A service of remembrance will be held Sunday January 27, 2013 at 3:00P.M. at Faith & Family Funeral Services Chapel with Reverend Frank Aragon Hal LaPray and Wade Miller officiating. Interment will follow at the Sutton cemetery in Honey Island. The family will be recieving friends Saturday January January 26, 2013 from 6:00P.M. until 9:00P.M. at Faith & Family. Pallbearers are Ben Ballard Jerid Bordes, Allan Sauberan, Brian Austin, Gary King, Jeff Parrish, Noel Brown and David Hommel. Honorary pallbearer is Jimmy Davis. Lillian was born on February 27, 1939 to Buford Ben Parrish and Vera Hortense Carr in Beaumont, Texas. She had lived in Mauriceville and the Vidor area for most of her life before moving to Saratoga where she lived for about 6 years and was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of The Latter Day Saints. Lillian had worked for Market Basket in Mauriceville, as a Deli Worker. She was preceded in death by her parents, and sister Wanda Harrelson. Those who survive her are son Ricky Flowers and wife Connie of Saratoga, brother David Parrish and wife Janie of Junction, Texas. Sisters Binnie King of Mauriceville, Mary Austin and husband Sidney of Vidor, Linda Ballard and husband Herbert of Ragley, Louisiana. Grandchildren Heather Gilley, Karla, Kayla and Alexis Flowers, Dawn Glover, Jaime Holman, Autumn Scott, Lee Scott. Great Grandchildren Kimberlann and Kamryn Gilley.
