Karen Kay Groesbeck of Dayton, Texas died Friday June 9, 2017 surrounded by her loving and caring family. She was 64.
Karen was born August 13, 1952 in Oklahoma City, OK to Robert Lee Gardyne and Mary Ethel Shelton. She had lived in Dayton, many years and was a homemaker. She had worked as a Petroleum Engineer for many years.
She is preceded in death by her father, Robert Lee Gardyne. Survivors are her husband, Billy Don Groesbeck of Dayton, mother, Mary Ethel Gardyne of Oklahoma City, OK. Sons, Doug Harvey of Houston, and Jeff Harvey of Dayton. Daughter, Ricki Robling of Crosby, brother, Kent Gardyne and sister, Karla Bolinger. Grandchildren, Bailey and Kolby Harvey and Emma and Ruth Harvey.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday June 20, 2017 at 2:00P.M. at Faith & Family Funeral Services, with Reverend Woody Sonnier officiating.
The family will be receiving friends also on Tuesday June 20, 2017 from 12:00P.M. until time of service at Faith & Family.
