Judith Sue Parks, of Dayton, died Friday, February 9, 2018, at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont surrounded by her loving family. She was 73.

Graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 15, 2018, at 11:00 A.M. at Linney Cemetery in Dayton with Pastor David Hilton officiating.

The family will be receiving friends on Wednesday, February 14, 2018, from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. at Faith & Family Funeral Services Chapel.

Serving as pallbearers are Paul Parks, Cody Tillman, Charlie Parks, Roy Bray, Garrett Parks and Mike Carroll. Serving as honorary pallbearers are Hayden Parks, Corey Bass, and Si Hanna.

A native of Houston she had lived in Dayton 12 years and was a homemaker.
Judith was a most amazing cook especially her biscuits and gravy. She loved her family grandkids and great-grandkids with all her heart. A lover of music her favorite singer was her grandson Cody Tillman and next to him was Willie Nelson. She loved and collected antiques and loved to visit with family and friends where she would offer a cup of coffee or tea. Judith had a servants heart and will be greatly missed by all who knew and cared for her.

She was preceded in death by her husband George Reuben Parks. Parents, Willis Joshua Hargrave and Annie Belle Gage Hargrave. Sister, Helen Brumley and brothers, Jimmy Hargrave and David Joe Hargrave.

Those left to cherish her memory are sons, Paul Parks of Katy, Roy Bray and wife Dawn of Baytown, and daughter, Shawni Carroll and husband Mike of Dayton. Also survived by the daughter of her heart Teresa Rose Biscamp of Jasper. Brother, Willis Joshua Hargrave and wife Dana of Alto, TX. Sister, Patricia Anne Courson of Moody, Tx, and sister in law, Margaret Hargrave of Alto, TX.

Her loving grandchildren are Cody Joe Tillman and wife Jaki of Katy, Lacy Jade Smesny and husband Travis of Dayton, Sophie Rose Tackett and husband Andy of Dayton, Chance Carroll and wife Katie of Huffman, Garrett Mason Parks and Hayden Gage Parks both of Round Rock, Katie Bray, Kathy Bray of Highlands, and Skye Ibarra of Dayton.

Great grandchildren are Zoe Jade, Carson James, Lilah Rose, Charles Caleb, Cali Gail, Samuel Reed, Alyssa, Damian, Kane, Harley, Haven, Lillian, and Calder.
